Jaleesa McCreary serves at the Sr. Director of Content at The Worship Initiative. As a former worship leader and team director in the local Church she is passionate about seeing men and women worship God beyond the Sunday gathering and believes that we grow in intimacy and joy in Christ when we surrender the ordinary Monday through Saturday moments of our lives to his Word and to his presence. Jaleesa has spent over a decade coaching and raising up men and women to lead worship in their local context and is eager to see healthy and equipped leaders serve God's church.

Dinah Wright has the joy of first being Ethan’s wife and Corrie, Jack, and Judson’s mom, and second being a Content Creator for The Worship Initiative. She has been leading worship for a decade, and currently serves with the worship team at her own local church alongside her husband.

Lucy lives in Dallas, TX and is the Senior Project Manager at The Worship Initiative. She has a background in Musical Theatre and has a deep love for the arts as an expression of imaging our Creator. She also leads worship and writes songs with her home church, Northway Church. Leading others to see and savor Jesus is one of the greatest privileges of her life. Psalm 119:30
